Property Inspection: For your own peace of mind, we will inspect your property regularly to make sure no damage has occurred while you’ve been away. This is particularly important after storms, severe frost and prolonged periods of heavy rain.
When we have carried out our “Peace-of-Mind” inspection, we will prepare a detailed report of any damage – accompanied by photographs where necessary.
Inspection visits include:
Letter Box Collection : when you are away we can empty the letter box and forward mail to your home address.
Tell us if there is anything else you would like to be checked!
House Opening : Come back to a lovely clean and welcoming house. We can open up your property before you arrive, clean away the cobwebs, switch on the electricity,water,and heating and tidy the garden. Start your holiday on day one!
Minor Repairs : We can do any minor repairs during the inspection visit. For anything more serious, we will contact you immediately.
General Maintenance : Leave us a list of all of those irritating jobs and enjoy your holiday!
Maintenance Contracts : Regular work such as garden maintenance and swimming pool care can be arranged. Regular inspections to make sure that everything is functioning correctly.
If you are having work done, we can inspect the work and report back to you weekly with photos, liaise with the builders - fluent french of course! and make sure that work is proceeding according to your wishes.
Project Management : If you are having building work done and are not familiar with french building systems - or the french language! - we are happy to liaise between you and your builders to make sure that work is carried out to your requirements. We also know what work should cost in this area and can advise you on any quotes!
Local representative : We take the strain for you.. We can advise you on reliable local suppliers and come shopping with you if you like!
We are registered as a micro enterprise and therefore we do not charge you VAT on our services.
